A blend of three olives grown in Sciacca, south-west of Sicily: 70% Cerasuola, 20% Biancolilla, 10% Nocellara del Belice
Harvested by hand and pressed within an hour, the fine organoleptic qualities give this Extra Virgin Olive Oil a bright green colour and an unmistakable peppery aroma and flavour.
Bright and dense green colour, on the nose it presents the intense aromas typical of the oil from that area: grass, with main aromas of olive leaf and tomato, together with secondary tones of artichoke and green almond.
Fruity, decisive, spicy and intense, it goes well with vegetable soups, fresh cheeses, pasta and, above all, fish and grilled meats.
