We deliver to mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland) excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland.

Minimum Order Amount

The minimum order is £25.00

Charges

We charge a flat delivery rate of £8.00 for orders up to £70, above that delivery is free.

Time Slot

We offer same day delivery within Central London for orders made before midday and on Saturday before 8 am. Next day delivery for orders made before midnight, Monday to Saturday.

Outside Central London, we can deliver next working day, Tuesday to Friday.

Methods

Our deliveries within Central London are made using our temperature-controlled vans, so your goods are kept in perfect condition.

Outside Central London, we may use a different courier and your order will be kept in refrigerated boxes with ice packs and biodegradable chips.

Outside London orders received from Thursday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Specific Instructions

When you place your order, you can leave delivery instructions in the “Add delivery instructions” section of the shopping basket. If there is no one at home, we will try to contact you via phone. If there is no response your delivery will be left in a safe place outside. We cannot arrange re-delivery.
