A sumptuous first course typical of the best Italian cuisine, Serve it with melted butter and our truffle sauce.

 

Ingredients: Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. Filling 50%: cheeses 26% (Edamer, Val d’Aosta cheese) (containing MILK), potatoes, EGGS, truffle-scented field mushroom cream [cultivated field mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus 70%), sunflower oil, salt, starch of rice, flavourings, aromatic plants], cow’s milk ricotta (Whey, MILK, lactic acid), flavourings (containing CELERY), potato starch, vegetable fibre, salt, black truffle 0.5% (Tuber aestivum vitt.).Sprinkle with rice cream. May contain traces of NUTS, SOYA, SULPHITES, FISH.

Cooking time: 2/3 minutes.

Instructions for Use:

Cook in plenty of salted water

Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Consume within 3 days of opening.

Store in the refrigerator between 0 and +4°C.

To be consumed after cooking.
