Ingredients: Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. Filling 50%: cow’s milk ricotta 46% (whey, MILK, lactic acid), spinach 7%, breadcrumbs (type “0” soft WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), sheep’s milk ricotta (sheep’s MILK whey, salt), cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), vegetables in variable proportions (chard, onions, potatoes), rice, potato starch, vegetable fibre, salt, flavorings (containing CELERY), spices, nutmeg, seed oil sunflower.Sprinkle with rice cream. May contain traces of NUTS, SULPHITES and FISH.
