Green or black in colour, giant and meaty olives, Bella di Cerignola is the largest olive in the world and has conquered the tables all over the world thanks to its high quality. The variety originates from the south-eastern Italian region of Puglia and is named after the town of Cerignola. To preserve the beauty and integrity of the fruits, the olives are picked by hand directly from the tree when they have reached the right degree of ripeness. Carefully selected, they are transformed and preserved in water and salt. With a very mild, fruity and buttery flavour, Bella di Cerignola is perfect for antipasti of a tasty snack.
