A bold, crystalline hard cheese from the Po Valley — Italy’s most iconic slow-aged grating cheese.

This exceptional Grana Padano has been aged for a minimum of 24 months, earning the coveted Riserva classification — the highest grade within the PDO. As the cheese slowly matures in the cellars of the Po Valley, it develops a deep amber paste with the characteristic white crystalline flecks that signal a truly long-aged grain cheese. The rind is thick, hard, and deeply golden.

On the palate, expect rich, concentrated flavours — toasted hazelnuts, dry grass, and a lingering savoury intensity that deepens with every bite. The texture is granular and slightly crumbly, dissolving cleanly on the tongue with a long, satisfying finish. Compared to a young Grana, the 24-month version delivers significantly more complexity and a pleasantly assertive, umami-driven bite.
