Basil, mozzarella and tomatoes. This inseparable and exquisitely Mediterranean flavours have always been the protagonist of many Italian dishes and, as a condiment, you will find a quick and easy sauce with sweet sautéed date tomatoes and fresh basil.
Ingredients: Pasta 44%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. If red: with addition of 1% dehydrated tomato. Filling 56%: cow’s milk ricotta (whey, MILK, lactic acid), mozzarella 28% (pasteurized MILK, salt, rennet, acidity regulator: citric acid), tomato 28%, cheeses (containing MILK), potatoes, flavourings, potato starch, vegetable fibre, basil 0.7%. Sprinkle with rice cream. May contain traces of NUTS, CELERY, SOY, SULPHITES, FISH.
Cooking time: 3/5 minutes.
Instructions for Use:
Cook in plenty of salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days of opening.
Store in the refrigerator between 0 and +4°C.
To be consumed after cooking.
