This Spumante Brut sparkling white wine starts its vinification in steel tanks and cold fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days. The re-fermentation is in the bottle according to the Classic Method with the addition of selected yeasts and minimum ageing on the yeasts for 30 months.
Straw yellow nuances with thin and persistent pearl volutes. The nose releases a typical flavour of crusty bread. On the palate this wine is strong and aristocratic at the same time, the acidity is not predominant. Hints of hazelnut with a saline and creamy final are conveyed by a noble perlage.
