The manual harvest is followed by the soft one, soft crushing and pressing. After fermentation, which occurs at a controlled temperature of approximately 16°C for a month, the wine obtained is aged for twelve months in a second passage French oak barriques. Finally, the wine is considered ready for bottling.
Straw yellow, full and bright, the nose reveals an intense aroma of small fruits, yellow pulp fruits such as bananas and acacia flowers. It ends with an elegant flavour reminiscent of vanilla and slightly spiced toast. At the palate, the complexity of the aroma is well preserved with balanced acidity.
