Founded in 1848, Premiato Pastificio Afeltra of Gragnano, in the province of Naples, is the last one standing in the famous pasta-making street, the historical via Roma in the heart of the “City of Pasta”. Every day, the territory’s finest selection of durum wheat semolina is mixed with the pure water of the Lattari Mountains, giving life to a perfect product, symbolic of the “White Art” for which Gragnano is famous.
