Negroamaro is a fine red wine from Salento and one of the most important Apulian red wines. This red wine has very specific organoleptic characteristics. The significant sugar concentration of the grapes makes the wine alcoholic and structured, while on the nose, it offers notes of ripe black fruit, spices and tobacco. On the palate, it is intense with a bitter aftertaste.
