This Passito wine is produced from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes by overripening them when still on the vines. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand and the Passito is then aged in small oak barrels for 12 months. Bright yellow straw colour with gold reflections, intense and persistent perfumes of dry fig, haricot and honey hints. At the palate, it is warm, harmonic and persistent.
