Great to go alongside a cheese and charcuterie plate, our selection of grissini and crisp flat breads from Sardinia will always be the highlight of any Italian baked goods selection. A speciality of Puglia, our taralli with fennel seeds are tenderly handmade with olive oil and white wine for that authentic feel and a lingering taste of the sunshine that graces this stunning peninsula in the summer months.
The team at Mulino Bianco – which is arguably Italy’s favourite bakery – have been honing their experience for over 140 years to bring the true flavour of Italy to your kitchen. This supplier produces the most amazing crackers and fette biscottate. For a quick snack, try them lathered with a good helping of organic orange marmalade. Elsewhere in the range, our carasau flatbread makes a great alternative for Italian-style sandwiches, while our Neapolitan saltimbocca bread brings the softness of pizza dough to lunchtime light bites. And, as one of our festive favourites, our artisan panettoni have been risen for 30 hours to give a great depth of flavour.
