Preparation Instructions:
- Pour the contents of the 175g risotto packet into a pan with 650 ml of cold, unsalted water.
- Stir thoroughly and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Cook without a lid for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the water is absorbed.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in 20g of butter.
- Add 15g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy your creamy mushroom risotto.
