Like a charming lady, Cortigiana uses her weapons to seduce every palate. An Italian interpretation of a Belgian Blanche in perfect Birra Del Borgo style. Alternative cereals are used in addition to barley malt: buckwheat, einkorn and a small percentage of oat flakes. The hops are moderate while the spices are generously added during the last step of the boiling. We add a good amount of ginger to the classic coriander and orange peel. The result is a very fresh, smooth and elegant Blanche with a unique aromatic profile.
