Alternative cereals are used in addition to barley malt: buckwheat, einkorn and a small percentage of oat flakes. The hops are moderate while the spices are generously added during the last step of the boiling with a good amount of ginger to the classic coriander and orange peel. The result is a fresh, smooth, elegant Blanche with a unique aromatic profile.
