Passito di Pantelleria Kufura’ is a dessert wine produced by drying Zibibbo grapes grown in Sicily on Etna’s volcanic soil. Caramel-coloured, the nose is a riot of dried and dehydrated fruit, jam and honey. In the mouth, it is dense, full and sweet.
