Made with only sourdough, Colomba Flamigni is extraordinarily soft. The dough is made of strong and elastic wheat flour, sugar, egg yolks from Italian free-range farms and French centrifuged butter. The recipe is completed with fragrant candied Navel oranges, top-quality sultanas and natural vanilla flavouring. It is covered with a glaze of round gentle hazelnuts from the Langhe, peeled armelline almonds, top-quality egg whites and very fine granulated sugar.
