Millefiori honey is one of the most common and widespread and it’s produced from the nectar of various species of flowers. As its name suggests, it’s multi-floral, with high crystallization. The yellow colour can be more or less intense as it changes according to the areas, seasons and flowers. With a very delicate flavour, Millefiori honey is perfect as sweetener in hot drinks or in cakes, pies and gaskets for salads.
The care and respect with which bees are treated, give this honey nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of absolute value and quality. In 2021, it was awarded the gold medal at the London Honey Award.
