Alta Langa Brut follows a rigid disciplinary which determines a very high quality standard. The vines grow above 500 above sea level and transmit freshness and good acidity to the wine. The very low sugar residue enhances elegance and finesse, character and persistence.
Grape Variety: 85% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay

Ageing: Gentle and delicate grape pressing, followed by static settling of the must obtained. Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 16/17° C. In late spring the wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, followed by maturing on its own lees for approximately 48 months
