Smoked Burrata is a pasta “filata” cheese with a softer and creamier consistency. It is hand-processed by filling the pasta sachet with a creamy stuffing made of mozzarella ribbons and cream (stracciatella). The natural smoking process is made by using the wood of beech trees which giving the product a delicate and slightly smoky flavour. We recommend enjoying it in combination with jams or it can be eaten plain as an appetiser or side dish.
