Le Vigne di Zamò is an historic winery in Colli Orientali del Friuli which began to take its first steps in the world of wine in 1978. A family and artisan company, which still assists the vineyards according to the principles of maximum respect for the ecosystem, environment and nature. In the process of wine making, aging and refining, they use a mix of innovative technologies and respect for local traditions.

Alcohol Volume: 13%
Ageing: All the fruit is destemmed and pressed immediately, the most ferment in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C. The wine stays on the lees for eight months before going into bottle
