Matiu’ – Antica Quercia is characterized by vibrant acidity and elegant minerality. Glera grapes are grown in organic farming, in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area Prosecco DOCG. The Matiù version and is offered in the Spumante Brut type, such as Prosecco Superiore and Millesimato.
Straw yellow with a dense, fine and moderately persistent perlage. The nose offers fresh and tantalizing hints of citrus, apple, white peach, aromatic herbs and wildflowers. On the palate it offers a fresh and savoury sip, with a sinuous minerality to trace the sip and drink it.
Excellent as an aperitif, this Prosecco is also perfectly paired with small appetizers, snacks, seafood and octopus salad.
