GranBoi – Pecorino Speciale del Pardu.
Granboi is a special pecorino cheese made with whole pasteurized milk with a sweet, delicate and tasty flavour.
Its paste is white – pale yellow depending on its ageing, compact and with a slight eye formation and veal rennet is used to make it, as well as special enzymes.
Its ageing requires at least 90 days in appropriate rooms, where temperature and humidity are controlled constantly.
The flavor is sweet and a bit spicy.
Use: it is a type of cheese which is suitable for all occasions, especially if served with a glass of red wine.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep milk, salt, rennet, lactic.
Shelf life: 2 years.
