Cylinder shaped, pure white and rindless. Fresh and delicate, this goat cheese with its fine texture and its typical yogurt and fresh milk aroma, is obtained by a long milk acidification. Creamy and tasty with its pleasant acidity, leaves the mouth perfectly clean.
Use: at room temperature, excellent natural or dressedwith pepper and olive oil.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat milk, salt, rennet. May contain traces of cow milk.
